Shipping

Orders ship from East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Orders are shipped after receipt of payment in full. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Sales tax

Rhode Island sales tax (7%) is charged on orders shipped to Rhode Island unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file. Please send certificates to corp@wallpen.com before ordering.

Damaged or missing items

Please note visible damage or shortages on the carrier's delivery receipt and notify us in writing within three business days of delivery.

Returns

Returns require prior written return authorization (RMA). Please contact us before sending anything back. Inks, consumables, opened or used items, software and custom-configured items cannot be returned unless defective.
